Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your wine. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let David know on davidparker@bottleandglass.com.au and he will organise a refund and/or return for you. We offer returns up to 30 days after purchase.
If a return is required David will email you a courier delivery label for the box. When packing the return, please ensure the bottles are packed securely for delivery. If you are in metro Sydney, David may be able to collect the wine.
Once your order has been returned to us, we will issue your refund straight away. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Returned bottles must be in saleable condition. Saleable condition is defined as:
- Packaging (bottle and labels) is not damaged and in original condition.
- No heat damage.
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides additional benefits in addition to those rights.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund or exchange.
- If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are at fault (i.e wrong product delivered, fault with the product including damage caused in transit or breach of a consumer guarantee). In all other circumstances, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund value.
If ever you receive your order with bottles broken in transit, please let us know immediately. We will refund the value of damaged bottle/s and will request a review by our courier to avoid further problems.
No refunds for damaged goods are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
